Product Sprint

Technology is expensive and complicated. Managing it, designing, developing it, and maintaining it take up a lot of company resources. If projects based on false assumptions aren't validated before development, you run the risk of wasting resources that won't give you a return on investment.

The people who use your product will ultimately decide on its success. All the good intentions in the world won't make up for creating a product that doesn't allow your user to make the progress they desire.

How Does the Product Sprint Work?

Our product sprint process is simple: 4 Weeks to build a prototype to test your ideas and solidify your next steps to proceed confidently with development.

Week 1: Clarify

Develop a problem statement by clarifying your ideas, audience, and objectives. Determine what assumptions about the plan must be valid for your project to be a success. Identify the riskiest assumptions, and that will be the target for prototyping and testing. Develop a hypothesis that will be the basis for the Product Sprint.

Week 2: Build

We will use the assumptions selected as the riskiest from week one to design a simple yet robust prototype that represents your project. This prototype allows us to test your hypothesis with the target audience and determine if your assumptions are validated.

Week 3: Test

Conduct research with the target audience. The research is a combination of customer interviews and a usability study. This format allows us to understand the needs of the audience and test your ideas and assumptions with the target audience.

Week 4: Conclude

This week we wrap up the product sprint by reviewing the research outcomes. We take into consideration the problem statement and determine how well the team's assumptions tested when bounced against real members of your target audience.
